Terms of Service

Lushai Dev provides developer-centric software platforms, including but not limited to:

• PhonePey & Paytm: Direct UPI payment collection microservices and automated UTR verification callbacks.
• WAPI: WhatsApp REST API gateway automation and webhook delivery engines.
• BnD API: High-performance Holy Bible scriptures and English-Mizo linguistic datasets.
• PicPulse: Cloud image hosting, semantic asset CDN, and Web Component icon SDKs.
• Ramfangzauva: Autonomous technical SEO crawlers and website audit tools.
• Developer Tools Suite: Client-side code syntax checkers, Bcrypt password hashers, JSON validators, SQL formatters, API key generators, and image converters.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors when accessing our services:

• Transmitting unsolicited spam, mass phishing campaigns, or fraudulent messages via our messaging APIs.
• Attempting to bypass API rate limits, authentication tokens, or automated security firewalls.
• Performing distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force exploits, or reverse-engineering server binaries.
• Uploading illegal, defamatory, infringing, or malicious files through our CDN endpoints.
• Reselling raw API endpoints without explicit written authorization from Lushai Dev.

When you register or generate API credentials on any Lushai Dev subdomain, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API secret keys. Any request made using your secret token will be attributed to your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lushai.dev if you suspect any unauthorized access or compromise of your credentials.

All developer tools hosted under /tools (including Code Syntax Checker, Bcrypt Hasher, JSON Formatter, SQL Formatter, and Image Converter) process code, data strings, and images client-side within your browser using JavaScript and temporary memory buffers. We do not store, inspect, transmit, or monetize any passwords, SQL statements, or proprietary code processed through these utilities.

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, source codes, documentation, and database schemas provided by Lushai Dev remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lushai Dev. You retain full ownership and copyright of any content, code, or applications you build using our APIs.

Our services and APIs are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for high uptime and sub-second latency, Lushai Dev shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, banking gateway delays, third-party network outages, or data loss.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lunglei / Aizawl, Mizoram, India.
