Terms of Service

When registering an account on Lushai Dev, you agree to provide truthful and verifiable contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, private session tokens, and portal credentials.

Never embed secret API keys in client-facing frontend JavaScript code or public GitHub repositories. Any API call executed using your token is attributed to your account balance and billing profile. If you suspect your key has been compromised, you must immediately revoke and regenerate it via your dashboard console.

You agree not to misuse or attempt to compromise Lushai Dev infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, brute-force requests, or sending traffic exceeding defined rate limits.
• Using our services to transmit malicious code, viruses, malware, trojans, or exploit scripts.
• Deploying WAPI WhatsApp automation to distribute unsolicited bulk advertising, phishing links, scam campaigns, or harassment in violation of telecommunication and messaging regulations.
• Interfering with other developers' API traffic or attempting unauthorized access to system databases.

Violations will result in immediate termination of API keys, forfeiture of remaining wallet credits, and permanent IP address blacklisting.

PhonePey facilitates automated dynamic NPCI UPI QR code generation, intent routing, and real-time webhook status notifications for merchants:

• Non-Custodial Direct Settlement: Lushai Dev is a technical integration and routing software platform, not a bank or payment aggregator. All UPI transactions settle directly from the customer's UPI application into your designated bank account.
• Merchant Obligations: You are solely responsible for fulfilling products, delivering services, and handling refunds to your end-customers. We provide technical verification webhooks but do not intervene in customer dispute resolutions.

You own 100% of your code and content: Any software, PHP scripts, web applications, or database schemas you generate or edit using KAWDING AI Web Studio or our developer utility tools remain your exclusive intellectual property. Lushai Dev claims no copyright or commercial ownership over projects created on our platform.

Lushai Dev logos, trademarks, documentation, and platform code are protected under intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We target 99.9% uptime across our public API endpoints. While we invest heavily in resilient edge infrastructure and automated database replication, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during upstream telecom outages, cloud provider disruptions, or scheduled maintenance.

Free tiers and quota limits (e.g. 60 requests/minute for BnD, 100 free test messages for WAPI) are provided to foster developer innovation. We reserve the right to adjust free quotas or apply rate limiting to preserve platform stability for all builders.

Paid subscription plans (e.g. WAPI Growth/Pro or PhonePey Business tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via direct UPI or cards. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your portal.

If you experience sustained service downtime or an integration issue that our technical team is unable to resolve within 7 days of sign-up, we provide a full, hassle-free refund upon request to our support desk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mizoram, India.
